Non-Activities
A Retreat from activities may be what you are wanting and possibly needing. Not another vacation from life problems and situations, but a retreat to them, a place to think, to read, to pray and meditate, to listen for those answers. I know we all have different spiritual belief systems but being in nature always brings us closer to wherever our concept of God is, and hopefully some understanding and healing can happen. Good luck on your journey, wherever you are.
